This fully remote role requires strong communication, multi-channel support, and the ability to work CST hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, with a focus on helping clients protect their assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in life/retirement products is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Life and/or 6/63 license within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Develop knowledge of Horace Mann products and policies.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company and state regulations.
• Identify upsell opportunities to existing customers.
