This is a 1099 contract, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Ideal candidates have an active Life/Health license or are willing to obtain one, plus strong communication, consultative sales skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone/video consultations with prospective clients seeking information about insurance coverage.
• Explain available life insurance and related products clearly.
• Present appropriate options from contracted insurance carriers, consistent with licensing requirements and company procedures.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy placement.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in the company's CRM.
• Provide timely, professional service throughout the application and placement process.
• Participate in relevant product training, professional development, and compliance education.
• Follow applicable insurance laws, carrier requirements, and company policies.
