Qualifications

• Active Life/Health license required or willing to obtain licenses for products/jurisdictions served.

• Comfort using CRM software and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients seeking information about life insurance.
• Ask questions to understand clients’ needs, priorities, and coverage objectives.
• Explain available life insurance and related products clearly.
• Present appropriate options from contracted carriers, per licensing and procedures.
• Assist with applications, underwriting, and policy placement.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in the CRM.
