The role is commission-only with earnings based on sales; there is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed minimum income.

Qualifications

Active Life and Health insurance license or willingness to obtain license for products served.
Strong verbal communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
Consultative sales approach with consistent follow-up habits.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Commitment to ethical sales practices, client privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients seeking information about insurance coverage.
Ask questions to understand clients’ needs and coverage objectives.
Explain life insurance and related products clearly and accurately.
Present options from contracted carriers in line with licensing and company procedures.
Assist with applications, underwriting, and policy placement.
Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in the CRM.
Provide timely, professional service throughout the application process.
Participate in product training, professional development, and compliance education.
Follow insurance laws, carrier requirements, and company policies.
