Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a remote, 1099 independent contractor role. You will connect with prospective clients, educate them on life insurance solutions, and guide them through the application process.

The position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, mentorship, access to multiple carriers, and CRM and sales resources. Strong communication and independence are essential, with licensing preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video.
• Organized with effective time-management skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on each client's goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow all carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
