Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an inside sales contractor to build a robust pipeline for life insurance products. This fully remote 1099 position focuses on scheduling calls, presenting options across carriers, and guiding the client from inquiry to policy issue.

You will log conversations in the CRM, stay current on state insurance rules, and collaborate with a team that provides exclusive leads and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with ability to manage a pipeline.
• Clear explanation of life insurance products to clients.
• State life insurance license or plan to sit for exam before first sale.
• Fully remote work setup with computer, phone and reliable internet.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
