Job summary
The Wood Agency Life is seeking an inside sales contractor to drive a remote pipeline for life insurance. You will schedule calls by phone and video, guide clients through carrier options, and complete applications during the call to move cases toward issue.
This 1099 contractor role requires the ability to work remotely with a strong sales mindset, learn products quickly, and stay compliant with state licensing requirements. Training and mentorship are provided.

- Ability to schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
- Present options across multiple carriers and explain products clearly.
- Familiarity with state insurance rules and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
- Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
- Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
- Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
- Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
- Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
