The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales contractor to grow a remote life insurance book by educating families and guiding them through the application process.

Work 100% remotely as an independent contractor (1099), schedule calls, present options across carriers, and close cases with carriers. You’ll use a CRM, receive mentorship, and operate within state insurance rules while building your pipeline.

Formación

• Active state life insurance license.
• Experience in inside sales or business development.
• Ability to explain products clearly.
• Comfort with remote work and 1099 arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
