The Wood Agency Life is hiring for an Inside Sales role that is fully remote and paid as an independent contractor (1099). You will schedule back-to-back appointments, present options across multiple carriers, complete applications on call, and guide cases to policy issue.

A state life insurance license is required or you plan to sit the exam before your first sale; remote work setup is essential, and you will work with a team of mentors and access exclusive leads.

Competenze

• Experience in inside sales or business development with a focus on insurance products.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow up independently.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license or already licensed.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfort with fully remote work setup (computer, phone, internet).
