The Wood Agency Life is seeking an ambitious inside sales professional for a fully remote, 1099 independent-contractor role focused on life insurance sales. You’ll manage a pipeline, schedule calls, and close cases end-to-end with carriers across the country.

In this independent contractor position, you’ll receive exclusive leads, work remotely, and be responsible for logging every conversation in the CRM and advancing each workflow to policy issue. Licensing readiness is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with pipeline management and discovery calls.
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license if not already licensed.
• Remote work setup: reliable computer and internet.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, 18+.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Present options across multiple carriers after discovery.
• Complete applications during calls and move cases to policy issue.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM in real time.
• Inform clients while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay updated on product details and state insurance rules.
