The Wood Agency Life is hiring for an inside sales role that is fully remote and paid on a 1099 commission basis. You'll build and manage a pipeline, schedule back-to-back phone/video appointments, and present life insurance options from multiple carriers.

You'll log every conversation in the CRM, stay current on product details and state rules, and work without direct supervision to meet weekly targets. Licensing prerequisites apply and independent contractor status is emphasized.

Formación

• Inside sales or business development experience.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• State life insurance license, or plan to sit the exam before first sale.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Remote work setup: reliable internet, computer, phone.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
