Job summary

Gibbons Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role in the life insurance and financial services space. You will work with prospective clients, assess their needs, and present protection solutions to help guide them through the sales process.

You will have access to qualified leads, ongoing training, and support while building strong client relationships and achieving performance-based compensation with no base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum track record in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
