Agiliti Health, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Customer Care Specialist I to handle high-volume inbound calls, process orders, and maintain accurate customer data. You will resolve issues using documented procedures and provide thoughtful product guidance to customers.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, updating records, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while delivering professional service to customers with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2 years of equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provides comprehensive corporate contact with customers by utilizing product and company knowledge to answer a large volume of incoming calls, acquire orders, and route them to the appropriate service site.
• Maintains records of all customer interactions in call center databases.
• Maintains accurate customer data by updating system information.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers; follow call center scripts.
• Resolves product/service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining cause, guiding through troubleshooting, and ensuring resolution.
• Cross-sell opportunities by presenting product opportunities and routing leads to Inside Sales for follow-up.
