Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive corporate contact with customers by using product and company knowledge to answer calls and acquire orders.
• Maintains records of all customer interactions in call center databases.
• Keeps customer data updated in the system to ensure accuracy.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and respond with accurate solutions.
• Resolve product or service problems by following established procedures and guiding customers to the best solution.
