Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Customer Care Associate to support life insurance policyholders, agents, and clients. This role offers remote work within the continental United States and a $20/hour pay rate with full benefits eligibility.

Primary duties include handling 75–100 daily calls, answering questions on policies, processing updates, and ensuring CSAT and SLA targets are met. A high school diploma and call center experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year remote customer service experience (Call Center) required.
• 1 year experience with call center KPI understanding.
• 1 year experience in an office setting with multitasking across Windows apps.
• Minimum High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from policyholders, agents, and internal customers.
• Provide frontline phone support and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Document interactions and data accurately across systems.
