NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Associate to deliver frontline service to Life Insurance policyholders, agents, and internal customers from a remote continental US setting. The role focuses on handling policy questions, payments, and claims while maintaining CSAT and adhering to SLAs.

The position requires 1 year of remote call center experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience (WAH) remote customer service (Call Center environment)
• 1 year experience with call center KPI understanding
• 1 year experience working in an office setting, multitasking online with multiple Microsoft Windows PC applications
• Minimum High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line phone customer care to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Handle calls about payments, policy information, or claims.
• Achieve CSAT targets and service metrics.
• Review documents for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Process transactions such as policy updates, beneficiary changes, premium adjustments.
• Maintain detailed records and data entry across systems.
• Meet SLAs and quality benchmarks.
