Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. The role involves providing frontline phone support to policyholders and internal customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a solid understanding of insurance products and processes.

New hires must have a dedicated remote workspace, a working device, and must pass training and background checks. Schedule includes weekdays and rotating Saturday shifts, with strict home-based requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in an office environment.
• 6 months experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications.
• 6 months of Work from home environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services and processes performed by the team.
• Field 75 to 100 calls daily and address inquiries about payments, policy information, or claims.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
• Collaborate with management to proactively address service issues and concerns.
