The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for Business Development Manager roles. This remote, performance-based opportunity lets you work from anywhere while building client relationships and guiding clients through the sales process.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll have access to qualified leads, marketing resources and ongoing training. Potential earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000 per year based on production, with no base salary and uncapped upside.

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
