Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role in the United States. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation, no base salary, and potential earnings of $150,000–$200,000 based on production.

You'll build client relationships, deliver needs analyses, present life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the sales process with access to leads and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in sales/business development or leadership roles.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward goals
