Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role in the United States. You will work directly with prospective clients, identify needs, present life insurance and financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This 1099 independent contractor opportunity offers performance-based pay with no base salary and potential earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 based on production.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
