The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for Business Development Manager roles. This remote position focuses on building client relationships, identifying needs, and guiding clients through the sales process in life insurance and financial services.

Earn 100% performance-based compensation as a 1099 contractor, with potential earnings of 150,000–200,000 based on production. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, access to qualified leads, training, and carrier products

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
