Job summary
The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role in the life insurance and financial services industry. You will work with clients, identify needs, present protection solutions, and guide applicants through the process.
We offer access to products from 25+ carriers, ongoing training, and marketing resources with no base salary. Earn 150k–200k+ annually based on production. Remote, full-time or part-time, with supportive leadership and resources.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
- Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
- Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
- Assist clients through the application process
- Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
