New agents receive company-paid licensing and comprehensive product training, with a clear path toward monthly production goals and earnings potential in a supportive remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products across the United States.
• Build rapport with clients and address objections while guiding them through the process.
• Strive to meet monthly production goals and articulate our value proposition.
