Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a results-driven sales agent to help customers with term and permanent life insurance over the phone, without cold calling. You will conduct suitability analyses, match customers nationwide to suitable products, and work toward monthly production targets in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

New hires receive company-paid training and licensing support to build product knowledge, with compensation consisting of hourly pay, guaranteed bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with proven results.
• Experience with inbound/outbound calls, call center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain Life and Health license in the US (company-paid training) and reside in state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with life insurance products.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotes with consultative approach over the phone.
• Meet monthly production goals while adhering to policies and regulations.
