Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our COREBRIDGE DIRECT team. In this remote US role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, perform suitability analyses, and guide customers to the right term or permanent life insurance products.

No cold calling; licensing and product training are company-paid to support your success. You’ll build rapport, address objections, and work toward monthly production goals while complying with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products across the United States.
• Handle inbound calls and/or outbound inquiries without cold calling.
• Build rapport, address objections, and strive toward monthly production goals.
• Continue building product knowledge to support fast-paced selling while ensuring compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
