Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Inbound and/or outbound sales calls experience, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license and reside in state (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with life insurance information and quotes over the phone.
• Match customers to suitable term and permanent life products across the United States.
• Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build product knowledge and establish rapport to overcome objections.
