Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a results-driven sales professional to advise customers on term and permanent life insurance options over the phone. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, perform suitability analyses, and guide prospects toward the right products with a consultative approach.

Role includes company-paid licensing training, a clear pathway to high earnings through hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions, and a remote work setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US Life and Health license (company-paid training).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with life insurance information and handle calls end-to-end.
• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with the right life insurance products.
• Work toward monthly production goals with minimal supervision.
• Build product knowledge and adopt a consultative approach to objections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
