Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join our COREBRIDGE DIRECT team. This role handles inbound inquiries and quotes over the phone, with no cold calling, helping clients choose suitable term and permanent life insurance products.

You will complete suitability analyses across the United States, receive company-paid licensing and comprehensive training, and work toward monthly production goals in a remote, home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license; company-paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with life insurance information and quotes over the phone.
• Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with products.
• Achieve monthly production goals with minimal supervision.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
