Job summary

Integrityfex is seeking a Sales Account Executive to educate prospective clients about life insurance options, assess needs, and guide them through applications. This is a remote, contract opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.

You will conduct phone and video consultations, recommend coverage, maintain CRM records, and stay compliant with licensing requirements. Training and mentorship are provided, with access to multiple carriers and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with phone and video conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM use.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
