Aliquantum International Inc, also known as AQI, is seeking a Licensing Manager to oversee licensors, licensees, and master license contracts, negotiate and manage renewals, and handle in‑house IP management. You will coordinate with AQI’s regional teams across North America, UK, Japan, Thailand and China to drive licensing activity, expand partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and unlock growth opportunities.

Travel for industry events may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Licensing, Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• 8+ years in Licensing, Merchandising, or Brand Management in consumer products.
• Experience negotiating minimum guarantees, advances, and royalty terms.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Manage three licensing pillars: General Licensing, Global sub-licensing, and In-House IP.
• Negotiate and manage licensing contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain relationships with licensors and licensees and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, design, marketing, and finance to maximize licensing revenue.
• Coordinate with regional teams across North America, UK, Japan, Thailand, and China.
