Job summary

Aliquantum International Inc. (AQI) seeks a hands-on Controller & FP&A Manager to lead accounting, forecasting, and procurement planning across multiple entities and international operations. You will partner with executive management to drive financial integrity, process improvements, and AI-enabled reporting.

Proven ability to manage multi-entity environments, oversee audits, and implement ERP and automation while mentoring global staff is required. Travel up to 20%, relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or MBA designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-intensive industries preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting environments.
• ERP implementation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting packages (P/L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and international reporting.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and policies; coordinate audits.
• Design and implement scalable accounting and operations processes.
• Oversee sales/use tax registrations and filings; supervise global staff.
• Support ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
