Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Licensing to support leadership on complex licensing initiatives and drive improvements across regulatory processes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and scalable licensing operations.

You will work on ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and coordinating licensing activities across multiple functions while maintaining strong, professional communication with agents and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Legal, Accounting, or related fields, required.
• Minimum of two years supporting licensing functions in regulated industry, preferred in insurance/financial services.
• At least three years in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong MS Office proficiency; familiarity with ServiceNow, Monday.com, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor staff on licensing processes, systems, and work items.
• Coordinate workflows across licensing functions including TPA, MGA, and reinsurance licensing.
• Monitor daily licensing operations for efficiency, accuracy, and procedures.
• Liaise between Licensing team, agency partners, and licensed employees.
• Maintain confidential regulatory documentation and support audits and reporting.
• Assist with licensing components of mergers and acquisitions and post-close integration.
