Job summary

Born Licensing is seeking a proactive Licensing Coordinator to join our North America team. This remote role supports licensee management, royalty reporting, forecasting, and presentation deck creation for client pitches and licensor meetings, with travel possible for industry events.

You will help identify new licensing opportunities and ensure smooth contract processes, while coordinating across internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced entertainment licensing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in licensing or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple licenses and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving and detail-oriented work style.
• Comfortable with presenting to clients and licensors.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the President of Licensing, North America.
• Manage day-to-day accounts for North America and Australia clients.
• Assist with royalty reporting, forecasting, and marketing plans.
• Create client pitches and licensor meeting decks.
• Identify and pursue new license opportunities for existing clients.
• Support licensing contract processes and reporting to licensors.
• Oversee day-to-day licensee management and project tracking.
