Job summary

Born Licensing is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support the North America accounts, manage royalties, forecast revenue, and prepare client-facing decks. This remote role requires passion for entertainment licensing, proactive ownership, and strong communication skills with travel potential for industry events.

You will report to the President of Licensing, North America, and collaborate with clients including WOLFpak, Plum Deluxe, Lifely, Courtney Brands, and Every Man Jack.

Qualifications

• Must possess a proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating professional presentation decks (Keynote preferred).
• Comfortable with royalty reporting and revenue forecasting.
• Effective communicator at all levels and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to the President of Licensing, North America.
• Assist with day-to-day account management for North American and Australia-based clients.
• Support licensee reporting, royalties forecasting, and marketing commitments.
• Create presentation decks for client pitches and meetings.
• Explore new license opportunities to grow client businesses.
• Assist with licensing contract processes and reporting to licensors.
