Roadshow Concepts, LLC dba The Heartland Roadshow is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to manage communications with municipalities and support licensing approvals for Roadshow events from a remote location.

You will research licensing requirements, confirm application types and fees, submit licenses on time, track statuses and expiration dates, and escalate issues as needed, coordinating with compliance teams to keep shows running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Research municipal, county, and state licensing requirements for each show location.
• Confirm application types, fees, timelines, and required documents.
• Communicate directly with municipalities and licensing offices.
• Prepare and submit license applications accurately and on time.
• Track submission dates, approval status, and expiration dates.
• Follow up on pending or delayed applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence logs.
• Communicate licensing status and risks to internal teams.
• Coordinate with other Compliance teams as needed.
• Support escalated licensing issues before they reach management.
• Flag locations where licensing barriers could impact show execution.
