Job summary

Reserv, an insurtech creating AI and automation to streamline claims, is seeking a Licensing Analyst in the United States. This entry-level role supports the end-to-end licensing lifecycle for our claims adjusters across states, with guidance from the Licensing Manager.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in insurance licensing, compliance, or related admin roles.
• Hands-on exposure to NIPR and/or Sircon strongly preferred; learn quickly if not.
• Ability to navigate state DOI portals with attention to accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit initial adjuster license applications across required states.
• Gather and verify supporting docs and enter applicant data into DOIs and internal systems.
• Track status and communicate with state departments of insurance.
• Coordinate renewal applications and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Maintain licensing, renewal, and CE compliance records and reporting.
