Qualifications

• Professional written and verbal communication with internal partners and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Review licensing eligibility and verify required documentation; complete licensing forms and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage licensing activities for assigned regions (3–10 states); handle renewals and updates.
• Update producer license records in systems; track renewals, expirations, and status changes.
• Respond to inquiries via email, tickets, and phone regarding licensing requirements and status.
• Prepare routine reports on licensing activity, compliance, and operational metrics.
• Maintain auditable records and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Participate in onboarding and training; collaborate with team while upholding confidentiality.
