Job summary

Reserv is seeking a highly organized General Liability Adjuster for a fully remote role in the United States. You will speak with customers by phone, educate them through the claims process, manage an inventory of open claims, and establish initial reserves to support prompt resolutions.

You will work across Premise, Habitational, Risk Transfer, Construction and more, applying policy interpretation and state regulation knowledge to negotiate fair settlements while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of General Liability experience (Premise, Habitational, Auto, Garagekeepers, BOPs, Dwelling) and Construction Liability.
• Experience with Employers Liability, Liquor Liability/Dram Shop, complex claims incl. litigation, and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of General Liability claims (Slip and Falls, Habitational, Risk Transfer, Construction) and provide prompt, courteous service to policyholders and claimants.
• Gather necessary information from customers to initiate claims and explain policy coverage.
• Manage an inventory of claims, analyze coverage, establish reserves, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
