Job summary

Equip, a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program serving all 50 states, seeks a Licensed Therapist to work with a multidisciplinary care team and deliver evidence-based care (FBT, CBT-E) through telehealth.

You will maintain a caseload of 30–40 patients, with 20–26 hours of direct care weekly and time for administrative tasks; expect to work until 8pm two evenings per week, plus trainings and team meetings. We offer flex PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in New York.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to work with a virtual care team and deliver care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Deliver FBT, CBT-E, and related treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care weekly and remaining administrative tasks.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
