Job summary

Equip is hiring a Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. You will implement FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID therapies, managing a 30-40 caseload with 20-26 hours of direct care weekly and remaining time for admin tasks.

The role supports flexible remote work with strong benefits, 3–5 weeks of Flex PTO, holidays, EAP, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Hawaii.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and expanding access to treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting.
• Experience with eating disorder treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and related treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; 20-26 hours direct care, rest admin.
• Attend trainings, supervise sessions, and participate in team meetings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Use EMR to communicate with the treatment team per policy.
• Pursue licensure in home state and others as requested.
