Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program hiring Licensed Therapists to deliver evidence-based care via telehealth. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain ongoing assessments, documentation, and licensure across states.

The role offers a flexible PTO policy and strong benefits, with a focus on clinician well-being and remote work from home, serving patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in SD.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients across ages and backgrounds.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to work two evenings per week until 8 pm.
• Strong team collaboration and virtual delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a telehealth setting.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID CBT.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours direct care.
• Participate in trainings and group supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and outside providers.
• Use EMR for patient communication and documentation.
• Attend mandatory meetings and supervision.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
