Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment provider. We seek a Licensed Therapist in Virginia to join a multidisciplinary care team delivering family-, individual-, and group-therapy via telehealth. You will manage a 30–40 patient caseload with 20–26 hours direct care, and participate in ongoing trainings while adhering to Equip policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds and acuity.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders (FBT, CBT-E) preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings until 8pm and maintain direct patient care hours.
• Strong teamwork and ability to deliver care remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy (family, individual, group) via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID CBT with patients and families.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40; 20–26 hours direct care; rest admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain others as requested; document per policy.
