Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide evidence‑based therapy to patients with eating disorders through a 100% remote telehealth model. You will work with a multidisciplinary care team, delivering FBT, CBT‑E, and ARFID interventions while maintaining a 30–40 patient caseload and engaging in ongoing trainings.

The role supports flexible PTO, company holidays, and comprehensive benefits, with licensure in the home state and potential licensure in other states as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in Tennessee.
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy in virtual settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload across ages with comorbidity and cultural diversity.
• Willingness to work evenings 2 days per week.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Deliver FBT, CBT‑E, and ARFID‑focused treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 patients with time‑based goals for direct care.
• Participate in trainings and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
