Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual treatment program hiring licensed therapists to deliver evidence-based care (FBT, CBT-E) via telehealth. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain a 30-40 caseload with a focus on quality documentation and ongoing assessment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in an Eastern Timezone state.
• Ability to manage a 30-40 caseload with 20-26 hours of direct care.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatments (FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with direct care hours and administrative duties.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
