Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join its all-virtual multidisciplinary team for eating disorder care. You will deliver evidence-based therapies (FBT, CBT-E) via telehealth, manage a 30-40 case load, and collaborate with dietitians, physicians, mentors, and other providers.

You’ll maintain licensure in your home state, participate in trainings, and benefit from flexible PTO, holidays, EAP, and other wellness programs while working from home.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois license to practice psychotherapy.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and treatment.
• Willingness to work until 8pm two evenings per week in the primary time zone.
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic (telehealth).
• Implement family-based treatment (FBT), CBT-E, and ARFID-focused CBT where appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with time allocated to direct care and admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
