Job summary

Equip Health seeks a Licensed Therapist to join a fully remote, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence‑based treatments for eating disorders via telehealth. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, maintain a caseload, and ensure quality documentation and ongoing assessment.

This role requires an active license to practice psychotherapy in Oregon, the ability to work evenings, and a commitment to evidence‑based care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Oregon.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Experience with evidence‑based treatments (FBT, CBT‑E) and telehealth.
• Comfort working evenings and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering care in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT‑E, and related treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with time allocations for direct care and admin.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
