Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully remote eating disorder treatment program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care (FBT, CBT-E) via telehealth, managing a 30-40 patient caseload and maintaining licensure across states as needed.

You’ll participate in trainings, supervision, and collaborative treatment planning, with flex PTO, holidays, and family‑friendly benefits designed to support clinicians delivering compassionate care from home.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (New York).
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; allocate 20-26 hours direct care; remaining time for admin.
• Participate in trainings and supervision; assess and diagnose.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; communicate via EMR.
