Job summary

Pumpkin, a leading pet insurance provider, is seeking a Licensed Customer Care Agent to handle insurance and non-insurance inquiries across phone, email, text, chat and social channels. Remote role with shift 12:00-8:30pm EST; active P&C license required.

You will process enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms and strong written/oral communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty license and provide NPN number.
• Experience in customer service with direct client contact.
• Familiarity with ticketing software such as Zendesk, Kustomer or Gladly.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer care for insurance and non-insurance inquiries.
• Process new enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks per policy.
• Educate customers on products and upsell additional coverage.
• Maintain accurate data entry and use back-office tools.
