The role includes processing enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks, while educating customers on our full product offerings.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, has strong communication skills, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume customer service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to research and respond to inquiries across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to insurance and non-insurance customer inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media.
• Process new enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks.
• Educate customers on product offerings and upsell additional coverage.
• Use ticketing and back-office software to manage tasks and track performance.
