Allstate Insurance Co. is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to engage with warm leads from a remote home-based call center.

You will uncover customer needs, propose Allstate and related products, and convert leads through consultative sales while working evenings and weekends. Base pay is $18/hour with total compensation typically ranging from $52,730 to $76,480 per year (base + uncapped incentives).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must relinquish non-Allstate appointments per policy.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection.
• Dedicated home workspace with provided equipment.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
